Refinement: in steel and in strokes of French oak for about 6 mouths and at least 12 mouths in bottle. Bottling time: July/August Colour: Red, intense ruby. Bouquet: intense and persistent of excellent quality with signs of grassy and mature fruit. Taste: dry, warm, savory, enough soft, justy tannic.
